Baseball in New Orleans

Even though New Orleans has never been home to a Major League baseball team, the city has a rich baseball heritage. From the old AA Pelicans of the thirties, forties, and fifties, or the AAA Pelicans of the seventies, to the current AAA (American Association) New Orleans Zephyrs, we love to watch pro baseball. We also get out and support our local colleges, as well as lots of high school and playground teams all over the metro area.
