The Louisiana Children's Museum is an
interactive educational experience for children
ranging in age from toddlers to teens. Kids can
create bubble shapes, play with a giant Lego
table, pretend-operate a St. Charles Streetcar
(there's a mock-up of a real streetcar's front in
the museum), shop at the grocery, or even be on
the TV news in the WWL-TV "Kidwatch"
studio. There's a special section for infants and
toddlers to keep them from getting trampled by
the bigger children. Lots of stuff to explore and
enjoy on Julia Street in the Warehouse District.
