Where did ya go to school? How's ya momma an' dem? Where did you grow up? Neighborhoods are still very important in New Orleans. Every neighborhood has its little restaurants, po-boy places, snoball stands, bars, etc. Those places and the people who frequent them are what make folks proud to come from certain parts of town.
