Feature Photos are back! I thought we'd start with a traditional favorite scene to introduce you to the photographic artistry of Susie Q. Leavines. Susie has been capturing the feel and spirit of New Orleans for years, and we're proud to be able to bring you a taste of her work.
The Quarter at night is a truly romantic place, and Jackson Square is the spiritual center of that romance. There's nothing like a stroll through the area around the square after a nice dinner at a fine restaurant. The lighting in this photo isn't a photographic trick; the Cathedral is always lit like this, so everyone can enjoy this feel.
