Poulet Creole
Half broiled chicken delicately seasoned and smothered in light tomato sauce.

Pompano Amandine
Broiled or fried with slivers of toasted almonds in lemon-butter sauce.

Crab Mous Frits Maitre d'Hotel
Fried soft shell crabs with a lemon-butter sauce.

Filet de Truite Meuniere
Battered and fried, served with lemon-butter sauce.

Truite Grulle'
Grilled filet of fresh Trout.
