The Wine Cellar is located off of an anteroom that serves as a reception area for parties preparing to dine in the Escargot, Proteus, and Rex Rooms. The wine cellar is next to an outdoor courtyard that links the kitchen with the street, where deliveries can be accepted. Antoine's has one of the most extensive cellars in the city. California Chardonnays are the most popular wines ordered these days, indicative of the amount of fish and shellfish served at the restaurant.
